Pier Partners, LLC operates a 7-acre eco-industrial and art park, serving as a workspace with a focus on green and creative initiatives. Located on the north shore of the Willamette River, right below the St. Johns Bridge, we foster collaborative innovations and green businesses as well as hosting educational forums and community events.

Our industrial park is zoned for heavy industry, making it ideal for various industry, construction projects and large-scale art. Rental space is available year-round, offering amenities including water, electricity, storage space, and a security gate.

Applications are accepted year round and rental space depends on availability.
Fees: Monthly rent for long-term rental space is based on footprint dimensions (first-month rent + refundable cleaning deposit due at time of agreement)
Lease terms: minimum one month, no maximum

Pier Partners, LLC is situated on a seven-acre brownfield site along the north shore of the Willamette River, downstream of the St. Johns Bridge, next to Cathedral Park. The location is in an urban industrial area that has historically been marginalized and neglected, despite its past significance as a hub for the Oregon shipbuilding and manufacturing sectors.
